Unlike segmented blades, continuous rim diamond blades have a smooth edge with no gaps. This allows for a cleaner, chip-free cut, making them ideal for materials that require precision and a smooth finish.

These continuous rim diamond blades areusually built with hot pressed technology, the hot-pressing process fuses the diamond particles and metal at high temperatures, creating a dense, durable blade. This method improves the bond strength of the diamonds, resulting in a longer lifespan and better cutting performance.

These blades are well-suited for materials where smooth, fine edges are needed without chipping or cracking, such as ceramic, porcelian, marble, granite tile work. Adiitionally, they are often used with water cooling to reduce heat buildup and extend blade life.

Our continuous diamond blades are available in various diameters, these blades can be fitted onto handheld saws, tile saws, and some stationary machines, allowing for flexibility across different cutting applications in tile installation and stonework.
