PCD grinding cup wheel for coatings removal
PCD cup wheels are always the first choice for removing coatings on the concrete surface including epoxy, mastics, glues, paintings etc. These PCD grindng wheels will never smear or load up the coatings, instead, they cut and rip the coatings in quite an effcient way. And these PCD diamond cup wheels always last long because of the excellent wear resistance of the PCD bits.
What do we offer?
We get PCD cup wheels with quarter PCD bits for thick coatings removal. And we developed split PCD cup wheels for finishing thin coatings removal & concrete grinding in one step.
All these PCD cup gridning wheel are available in 4″, 4.5″, 5″ & 7″. We offer 7/8″ (22.23mm) arbor and threaded arbor as 5/8″-11 and M14 type.
Special size could be available upon request.
What is PCD?
PCD is shorted for polycrystalline diamond, which is quite wear resistant and super hard. It is usually used for effective and clean cutting of non-ferrous substances like rubber, tungsten carbide, aluminium & alloy etc.
How to use these PCD grinding wheels?
All these wheels are installed on angle grinders for efficient and easy use.
Always check it is solided installed in the right rotation direction.
