The coatings could be epoxy, mastics, glue, urethane, painting etc.

PCD bits are very hard and super abrasive resistance material which makes the PCD cup wheel quite easy for use.

Unlike those diamond cup wheels, PCD cups never grind the coatings. Instead, it penetrates, cuts those coatings and remove them in quite an efficient way.

Our PCDCP004series PCD cup wheels are made specially with small size 3X3x8 mm PCD segments which could lead to a quite aggressive and smooth using.

An angle grinder is always the right equipment for installing those PCD grinding wheels. 7/8″ arbor with an 5/8″-11 /M14 threaded adapter are very common supplies.
