ZHD900+		ZHD900+ HPHT high strength synthetic diamond powder sawing grit with uniform, cubo-octahedral crystals. Very high temperature resistance ,impact strength and long durability. It is produced for tools in mining, construction and stone industries to deal with challenging situations like material with high hardness or wear resistance. Recommend for tools making like Medium size saw blades, high-end sintering cutters, engineering core bits, mining core bits, wire saws, vacuum brazing tools and high grade electroplating tools. These tools can be used for mining, cutting or drilling of reinforced concrete, asphalt concrete, ultra-hard granite and so on.
ZHD800+		ZHD800+ HPHT coarse grit diamond grit with good crystal structure. Predominantly cubo-octahedral diamond grit with high temperature resistance, impact strength and durability. ZHD800+ synthetic diamond grit is for sawing tools, core drill bits and grinding tools in construction, stone and ceramic industries. It can do saw blades of any diameter to cut granite, wire saws for stone sawing, rollers and edge grinding wheels for ceramics. It is also suitable for vacuum brazing diamond tools and electroplating diamond tools.
ZHD600+		HPHT saw grit diamond with still uniform crystal structure. Medium strength and good temperature resistance.Mainly blocky and part proportion of irregular diamond grains which eases the cutting. ZHD600+ is recommended for natural stone industry which is used for making saw blades for granite and marble cutting, sintering segments and do grinding blocks or wheels with medium load.
ZHD400+		HPHT synthetic diamond with balanced proportion of blocky and irregular shape. Medium toughness and temperature resistance. Excellent grinding performance. Can be used in natural stone industry (marble & granite), hand held saws, electroplating diamond tools etc. ZHD400+is recommended for grinding blocks, grinding wheels, rollers, sintered segments for big diameter saws, cutting saws with relatively low load.
ZHD300+		HPHT industrial diamond grit with irregular crystal structure. General toughness and temperature resistance. Free and sharp cutting in natural stone industry. ZHD300+ is recommended for hand held saws and frame saw segments. DIY range use.
